With the T20 World Cup 2026 just ten days away, the latest ICC Men’s Player Rankings reveal a dominant Indian side. 

His ascent follows a string of masterclass performances in the ongoing home series against New Zealand, where India currently holds a commanding 3-0 lead.

India Dominates the T20I Batting Charts

The "Men in Blue" are currently crowding the top of the table. While Suryakumar Yadav's scores of 32, 82*, and 57* pushed him back into the top 10, his teammates are setting the pace:

  • Abhishek Sharma remains the world’s No. 1 T20I batter.

  • Tilak Varma holds strong in the 3rd position.

  • Ishan Kishan has re-entered the rankings at 64th following a blistering 76 off 32 balls in Raipur.

  • Rising Stars: Shivam Dube (58th) and Rinku Singh (68th) have also seen notable jumps after consistent finishing acts.

  • Joe Root moved from 23rd to 17th.
